Marriott's Bay Point Resort is an exclusive 1,100 acre Golf and Yacht Club located on St. Andrew Bay and Grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach. The hotel facilities include the largest Conference Center in Northwest Florida and the Resort offers an array of amenities, including two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses.

In March, 1998, Carr Engineering & Construction, Inc. was awarded its first contract with Marriott's Bay Point Resort for Roofing & Waterproofing the Main Hotel Building and has completed three other projects throughout the Resort Facilities since.

These Projects required masterful scheduling and management as the Resort was fully occupied during construction. Work Scope included Roofing, Structural Repairs, Window and Door Replacement and Waterproofing and contracts totaled over two million dollars.
